Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

We did a ton of research before choosing an app to enable a rewards/loyalty program, and I can confidently say 2+ years in that we chose the right one! Smile offers a great mix of value and features, and the team is always super responsive and helpful - going above and beyond to help you build your brand. The UI/design is unmatched by any other app at this price point (especially "out of the box") which is really important when establishing trust and strengthening brand recognition. I would definitely recommend trying them out (especially if you have a small team)!

This is truly an AWESOME Review App. I've been using it for over a year. It is terrific for helping us incentivize our customers to be stay onboard with our company using Customer Reward Points. I couldn't imagine running our store without it. But recently I had a problem when I accidentally deleted the app form our store. I reinstalled the app, but in the process we had lost all of our customer points data. I reached out to their support and they were able to send us a CSV backup of our customer file with the points. I simply uploaded the data back into our account and we were back in business. The Smile team were rock-stars helping us sort out the problem. And they sure put a "Smile" back on my face in the process. Highly recommended app for the service it provides and for the excellent support they provide if it's ever needed.

A truly great platform for setting up a rewards program. The program is easy to use for us behind the scenes and also for the customer accessing their rewards. Support team is also fantastic!

We've been using Smile now for a couple of years and have been very pleased with our choice. We are on the basic plan and it has everything we need. They've also just added some new functionality for redeeming through POS which is fantastic since we just opened a retail location. Anytime we've had any issues or questions, they've been very quick to respond and helpful. Lisa was great and gave me exactly what I needed to know to fix my issue. Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is that the POS redemption option could be a bit more seamless but I'm sure in time that will come.

Hands down, best referral app. Great customer support. Very flexible and customizable. The integrations are very useful too.

A BIG BIG thankyou to Joana and Tess from Smile and the whole team! I was having some issues with the popup being a bit cluttered on mobile and also effecting another app. Not only did they log in and fix it, they granted me access to choose what is displayed on Mobile and desktop. Honestly guys couldn't recommend them enough! Great weekend to you all!

A great app in most ways, but with one big flaw. If you're using Recharge for subscriptions, there is no way to make it so that coupons created by Smile work for both one-off and subscription orders. They can only work for one-off orders (unless you're using an older version of ReCharge installed prior to Nov. 1st, 2020). Unfortunately Smile tells me they have no immediate plans to fix this flaw.

Great product, educational resources and exceptional customer support that make implementing customer rewards a breeze. Looking forward to tracking the success of our program.

This was an incredibly easy app to implement and has really helped give customers an additional reason to keep coming back to our store. Great thing, too, is that customers can earn points with in-store purchases through our POS app suite, so whether online or in-store, customers are earning points! Support has been amazing. Took all of ONE minute for a REAL person to reply to a message to help us with a small issue when we moved our webstore to a new theme. Got it fixed lickity split! (Thanks Christian!) It works great and I really appreciate that there's a free plan as well. Its super customizable and can make it fit in with my branding.
