Very easy to set up and does not affect the speed of the website. Currently using the FREE plan, and have no complaints of the same.

Contacted their customer service and Larry went far and beyond my expectations. He answered my questions personalised to my business and needs, and didn't try to sell me anything but rather provide me what I actually only need. While I HAVE NOT tried the app yet, I can already tell the company is willing to help our business grow.

It was a pity to hear that we cannot develop emails in HMTL anymore. We hope in near future, to be able to translate all the program ( including nudges ) as for most of our customers who doesnt speak English, it´s not easy to understand when we show half in english and half in spanish.
