Absolutely love the Smile.io Loyalty and Rewards app. It really incorporates everything we need to build our engagement and customer retention. Smile's support throughout our onboarding has been exceptional. Christian, in particular, really went above and beyond to ensure no stone was left unturned when it comes to ensuring our Loyalty Program has been set up for success and provided so many recommendations and tips and a great follow up email so we get the most from the Smile.io App. Amazing suggestions and really excellent support for our program. Thanks again, Christian!

I downloaded the app because the pricing structure looked clearer and fairer than most of the other loyalty apps that I looked at, so kudos for that. Unfortunately, the free version looked really nasty in terms of the pop up design and colours. I had intended to go for the £49 a month version, but the look of the free version put me off risking it. If there had been a 7 day free trial of the paid version, then I would have persevered. Hope this feedback is helpful. EDIT - I persevered with the free version and found it easy to use. The free version is obviously a bargain. I will consider the paid version after a few months of using the free version. 1 star knocked off only because the paid version lacks a free trial.

I have been a smile fan for over 2 years, and I cannot praise them enough. The customer is fast, friendly and extremely helpful, the app itself is a work of art, and the integrations seamless. 10/10 would recommend!

It's awesome! I love it! This makes our loyalty program much more efficient and effective. Currently using their free plan and planning to use the paid version.

Very easy to set up. I haven't had a chance to see the campaigns run just yet but the setup was a breeze. Very intuitive and user friendly.

I have now been with Smile for 2 years and it has been amazing! Worth every penny. We have have consistently grown our membership and it has proven to be the best retention tool we have ever used. The customer service has been super helpful and friendly. A must have for anyone serious about customer service and retention.

Fantastic app with with a support team that's there to help you be successful. Thanks to Nicole, we were able to find a solution to save the company on monthly costs while still being able to get all of the features we needed! If you need anything, be sure to reach out to their support team. I've been continually impressed with their response time and ability to help us out. Updated 7/14/25: Just re-confirming that their support is second to none! Lisa helped us out with an immediate solution and made sure we were taken care of. This app continues to do great things for us and the support you get can't be understated. Thanks again to the Smile.io support team!!

The app itself looks like it could be great, BUT only using it on the trial it's almost impossible to see the benefits because of the limited functions. With the monthly subscriptions quite high for a small business, it doesn't seem worth the risk of subscribing.
