I have been using this app for well over a year. And I really like it and most importantly the support is excellent. This is what usually makes you want to stick with an app - knowing you will get an immediate response and solution in the fast pace of ecommerce. Just wish there was a lower paid entry tier as it is such a jump to get some benefits which would be fantastic for a small business like mine.

We've been using Smile for more years than I can count and have seen huge utility with engaging our customers, both in loyalty points and customer referrals. And very interaction with the Smile support team has been top-tier, rapid & helpful responses. Can't recommend highly enough.

At first, I thought I didn't really need the app but LET ME TELL YOU. I am so happy I downloaded it, it helps me so much with organizing my rewards. The points system is really easy to use, you are in charge of everything and choose what you want to put in place (which for me was really important, I did not want a basic rewards system). The app is really intuitive to use and the moment I had an issue Joana answered the chat so quickly I thought she was next to me. Also, the team is really nice (Joana & Tess) you can tell they really want to help, whether big or small businesses (like me). 100% recommend.

Smile is by far the best app we have installed to date and the best part... we're still on the free plan! I know that might not be the best marketing (I'm unsure) but honestly, one of the biggest turn offs of literally any Shopify app is that you end up paying heaps for really not that much. Smile just runs by itself, massively encourages returning customers and helps us out heaps with issuing store credit whenever there might be delays etc. We've never once had an issue or need to reach out to their support but I can only assume, given how professional the app and it's dashboard are, the support will be top notch as well. Highly recommend to any store really, we're predominantly clothing so maybe it favours our demo better but just an outstanding app, not trying to squeeze us for money and making hundreds of our customers happier every month!

Excellent App for Loyalty Rewards! We have used Smile for a while now and are very happy with the service it provides! i also needed to contact support to sort a problem and the guy Brandon was so helpful and helped me address the issue promptly.

We need to be extremely productive with our time and can't always dedicate people to manage a loyalty program. Smile is great because it's an intuitive easy rewards program that you can plug and play. It keeps running and letting people join and use their points with minimal oversight.

Integration works well for our customers and the site has helpful tips. Customer care responds in a timely fashion.

We have recently just installed this app on our new Shopify site. The App was easy to install and set up and when we did have an issue adding one of the reward features the guys got back to me the same day to walk me through how to add the feature. 10/10 would recommend!! :)

A lot better an app from 2 years ago. Searching customers has improved tremendously. App seems to run smooth on our site without glitches. Still wish there was more customization capabilities. With Shopify 2.0 template, they only recently added widgets, but those don't allow too much customization. There is still no way to display customer points conveniently for customers. It would be nice to show in the header of your site so customers are reminded of their points. Overall improved but still room for more.

Not only is this app completely customisable, the help that they give you is incredible. This app is actually so easy to use and when I needed to access reporting they did it for me! Super helpful and the points are really easy to use, no customer issues!
