Just getting to grips with this but have to say thank you to Christian for going above and beyond with setting up. Also pointed out a pricing error which would have cost me.

I accidentally canceled my Loyalty program and luckily they reached out and informed me. I was able to reactivate without loosing any customers. They were very quick!

This app was so incredibly easy to use. A loyalty program was a feature we were kept telling our customers were going to develop, but I had no idea how easy it was with Smile. Even the free version was enough for us to get customers to sign up and start earning. Every store should at least install the app to give customers the ability to earn points before you are ready to jump into a subscription.

Great APP!! I used the referral function of this app and it drives many customers to our website. Love it. And it's all FREE.

Very easy to use and integrates well on POS and online store. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy to use points program.

I've only been using the app for a couple of weeks, but have been pleased with the functionality and ease of use so far and the customer support I've received (from Christian) has been fab - prompt and thorough!

I think offering a $50 then jumping into a $200 (which honestly is the plan you need to really get a benefit from using this app) is a huge jump in price. I wish it was around the $120 range. I also would recommend they offer more social media platforms to share and have customer referrals on. It is a bit outdated when it comes to that. They need to add tiktok, snapchat, etc to their platform. overall the app performs well!

Awesome rewards platform, free plan let's you do a lot things, rewards, referral, and even add deep links that triggers the pop up which you can add in your navigation

Good app to get a better customer relationship. Easy to configure! Good and quick supprt if there are any questions. Works without any problems. Just a small issue: app slows down google pagespeed - but thats life - it is always a compromise between functionality/Features and performance.

Great little app to start a rewards program. Using the free version, and the reason I deducted one star - you really should be able to set an expiry on points/rewards at any level, not just a paid level. That was disappointing, but otherwise I'm happy with it and the seamless way it works with Shopify.

Super helpful customer service and a great rewards app. I have been testing the features and chatting to the support team all week, and have not even committed to their app yet.. just on this front its been and excellent experience!

The support team is really nice, they enabled the API feature for me so I wouldn't have to pay $599. These guys are the best, and they understand my problem. They did not try to rip me off like other apps, indeed. Now I will always use smile for my other brands too!!!!

I think too little is offered in the free plan because it is not worth paying for the plans if it is difficult to get persons to sign up. Customization of rewards still has its limits. will rate again at a later date

I've checked your loyalty program's configuration and can see lots of opportunities where we can help you optimise, particularly around how quickly your customers can earn their first reward, and the value of their points. Additionally, Smile can only be as successful as your store. So ensuring you have a healthy customer presence before enabling your loyalty program will is important to gain traction.
