I use this app to reward and incentivize customer loyalty. Clients love collecting their reward points! I love their customer support and assistance in getting you set up for best performance. Always heard great things about this app, and now I have only great things to say about them, too!

Its really an amazing reward programme. Got used to it in just one day and has all the features required in decent review programme. Team is very agile and responsive. Just one thing to improve. The tier functionality is a basic feature and should be a part of 199$ plan.

We love this app! We're using the free version which is surprisingly not very limited. We would never have reached the level of customer engagement we have now without it. It took a few weeks for our customers to interact with it but now it's rolling really well. Our return customer sales have increased over the last month and part of that uptick I'm sure is due to this app. We haven't had any complaints from our customers either which I was afraid we might. They see to like it so thank you very much for a great product!

Hello, we love your app. However it would be amazing if you could choose different language or translate everything by yourself. Is that somehow possible! In our country people prefer the mother language. OR can you pay to have some of you guys to translate everything for us? We will provide the text of course.

01/30/2024 do not know exactly how it all went. I started with David and ended up with Maggie. Between the both of them, the issue I had with importing coupons were successfully corrected by the IT team! There's not been a time that an issue that I have had in the past was not corrected. 12/16/2023 Update: As in the past, the team (David) at Smile professionally handled the question promptly. 03/14/2022 Update: One year, one month since last update, 2 years using Smile. My opinion of Smile has positioned sales to a level I know I would not be in, if not for Smile.io. Customer service is excellent! I haven't found an obstacle a workaround did not produce the same results. Smile.io is smooth, "non-clunky". Every "perk" provided by Smile.io is carefully thought out to produce the greatest returns for their customers. I haven't found another app with a "shiner object" that would cause me to pack my bags and leave. I am not going to point out anyone in particular at Smile.io. Everyone has treated me with the utmost respect and general care of our online presence. Thanks, everyone...let's make this year even better! Mike 2/14/2021 Update: I reached out again to the team at Smile.io. I was seeking information regarding next-level promotional information. Christian answered all of my redundant questions in detail and provided examples to review. I am constantly amazed by Smile.io's level of professionalism! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have been using Smile now for over a year. To be honest I do not know if there are better programs other than Smile to host our rewards program. The reason that I do not know, I never had the reason to look. This app does what I need for it to do. In the past when I had a question, it was professionally answered in a timely manner. Hopefully, one-day gift cards will become available through Smile for non-Shopify Plus stores. One other thing I would like to see is the ability to integrate more with other Apps without having to move up to a higher tier. For now, I am extremely satisfied.

The app works quite seamlessly, but since language can not be translated, the app is rather useless for international businesses. A true shame, since adding a translation option should not be such a difficult task. Adapting shops to local markets is essential in modern e-commerce, and therefore I can not recommend this app.
