I've only used this app for a couple months but I am very pleased with its functionality and everything it offers. Very impressed by the support team, they're always happy to help and find a solution that works for us. I can say that Smile works way better than other loyalty program apps. Very happy with Smile in general!

I have been very impressed by the support and customer service for this app. We plan to use it for our Point of Sale, and are moving our e-com over to shopify as well and will use it there as well to have a unified experience.

We had a kind of a tricky situation about the placement of the Smile icon. The whole team at Smile.io was really responsive and attentive. Brady was particularly helpful and offered a solution that really worked for us. We'd recommend working with Smile.io and using this app for easy customer rewards and referrals.

Simple and powerful rewards and loyalty program. The support staff is responsive and helpful. Maggie quickly resolved my issue with connecting Smile in our custom theme.

Full disclosure, I am a technology nightmare. What should be intuitive sends me over the edge. That being said, today Jobie and Brady (for the save) got me set-up and ready to go, despite my protestations that THEIR app didn't make sense - ha! Of course, it does, and Brady got me through it at the end feeling confident and ready to go...THANK YOU!

This app is completely amazing. It works as per our requirements in term of calculating points and other mathematics. Only thing that needs to improve is rather then displaying data on launcher -- which is also good. it shall also help to display certain data on page level over website. I hope the development team takes a soon attention on following points which shall be displayed on page level along with launcher... 1. total points earned till date 2. what coupon code you are eligible for and you can redeem 3. history of coupons used (redeem)

The free tier has been great to get us going, but the prices jump steeply if you wish to upgrade features. The features we need are in the $199 a month tier, which is quite steep for what we are. Our customers are saying they never knew we had a loyalty program, we wish it was a little more obvious than a star at the bottom of our homepage. Hunting around for a similar program with more small business friendly pricing. (Not every business is a startup with crazy amounts of capital trying to scale up in ridiculous amounts of time )

Smile.io has been amazingly easy to integrate and manage. Simple for our customers, extremely flexible in terms of rewards settings and referrals. And most importantly they have amazing customer support in case you ever do have a question. 5-STARS!

My only complaint about this app is that installing it significantly slowed down the load speed of my site - Google's page speed testing tool ranks my site as slow, and the majority of that time they attribute to loading Smile. Maybe if it was set up to load asynchronously it would help? If the load time issues could be resolved this app would be near-perfect.

We're gearing up to launch with Smile on Shopify and are very excited. The onboarding process was one of the smoothest we've seen. Our rep, Andrea was fantastic, offering up best practices, helping us troubleshoot and making sure the program was customized to our specific needs. If this wonderful customer experience is any indication of the quality of work their dev team has put in, I'm sure we'll see success with this app. I highly recommend at least giving Smile a test drive.
