Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

I really like the ease and app friendly setup for helping with customer loyalty and brand awareness.

Great app. Highly recommended. The customer support team is also very good at responding at the appropriate time.

We're going on several years of Smile.io use and we've loved the platform. It integrates nicely with our tech stack and has a really clean interface. We've had very few issues but when anything pops up the customer service is so quick to help and resolve. We love it, and our customers love the loyalty program - definitely recommend!

Good app, terrible Portuguese translation which doesn't let you fix it by yourself either. It is unprofessional to have something on a website with so many grammatical errors.

So easy to use and great customer service. Has all the great features for most paid apps on their free plan so really good for starting out.

tl;dr: one star less because a lot of the wording cannot be changed; other than that it's the best app for points and referrals that I know of. We tried out a whole bunch of points and referral apps and Smile is definitively the one we liked best: it has a clean design that blends well with our shop, it's really easy to use, and customer service is quick and helpful. The processes are also much easier to comprehend for customers than with a lot of other apps. One star less because of the many sentences and CTAs in the panel you cannot change. I asked beforehand if I could adapt all parts of the panel; this was confirmed, but it turned out that it excluded the customization of a lot of the wording :( Since we use the German version that is particularly unfortunate because some of the more prominent translations are a bit awkward. (Customer service accepted suggestions for modifications and told me they would look into it.) But also if you use the app in English, and take wording seriously as a part of your branding, that's not optimal. I can still recommend it, it's a good app that does well what it's supposed to do.

excellent, so easy to use, its got so many features for free & the support is brilliant. tried a couple of others but this is the best one.

I'm still setting up this app, and got some help on the chat from Larry who did a great job solving some issues. Can't wait to see how it helps with our customer engagement!

Really like this app! Only thing for me: I'm from Europe, so sadly my language isn't available. I installed the English version and I think my customers will understand.

This app was very easy and quick to set up. Hopefully now i can reward customers for there kind returning and loyalty.

Too expensive for small businesses. If the price could be lowered. I am willing to pay for more features.

Great features and get functionality. 5/5 for customer service as well! The POS features are also great!

We faced some issues signing in to the Smile app and was taken back to our homepage. There are helpful troubleshoot articles provided by Smile but in the end was able to solve the issue by re-applying the app. The Smile team was quick to get back provide back end support. Overall, it's an easy to use app and you can most certainly feel the warm smiles from the team behind Smile. :)

I use this app to offer my customers points which they can did convert into rewards. It is really easy to use. I love it!

Awesome customer service! They go the extra length to explain to my inquiries. The backend interface is built by professionals. Very easy to setup, like 10mins then you are set to go. Unless you want more features. The user interface, hmm simple, but can be confusing for first time user though, hope there's a tutorial button at the side to explain the feature. And i prefer a page instead of side bubble.
