Works great. However, customers are still asking what are these Rewards and how do I use them. The icon must be too small.

So far the platform has been excellent. We run a charcuterie business online and this a way to reward existing and past clients with points towards future purchases. I wish you could tag different people or send them an email to create an account within Smile but other than that, it's been great. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to grow their business.

I used this app too help with bringing customers back and this is the best free and easy to use loyalty program I have used. I run a retail store and it connects with your shopify pos customers and adds points depending on how you set it up too be redeemed after a certain amount is obtained Thanks SMILE

There are some fantastic features in smile however there are some limitations such as the ability for self referral using the refer a friends rewards. For the price being charged there should be something in place to restrict people from claiming a reward generated by themselves. This artificially inflates ROI.

The app is great but unfortunately many of the app sections and email notifications are not customizable and my store is in spanish so I can't use it for my business. That was a big disappointment because I like all the features from the program. The day they allow you to customize a bit more I will turn my review into a 5 star one.

Smile is an excellent rewards program! Our brand has a loyal fanbase, and we've definitely seen our customers sign-up and take advantage of the rewards we're able to offer through it. worth it!! I absolutely love this app for creating a cute, not annoying pop-up perks program! It's also fully customizable, even with free!

This has been a beautiful app to work with in comparison to our previous rewards app. The service is exceptional as well. There are a few intuitive pieces I would like to adjust but it's very user-friendly

This is a great App for those who look for their customer's happy face as for Rewards and Perks. I've been searching many similar apps and decide to use Smile.io and I Smile now ^^

Mediocre so far, expensive and pushy to review them. 3/5, understand these take time to develop a user base but due to the pay-to-play monthly fee it will be an expensive bill before anything too substantial happens.
