Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

We've been using this app for several months, and generally, it's a good way to manage your loyalty program. It's easy to set-up and the interface is nicely designed. The biggest issue we have is the pricing tiers. There's a big jump from the first paid tier to the second, and our only reason for needing it is that they limit integrations to only 1 for the first tier. They should really rethink this limit, put an additional tier, or create a nominal upcharge if you need more. As it is, the first tier makes it hard to really get everything out of the app, and the second tier is just too expensive of a jump to make it worth it. Also, the advanced analytics is only available on the second paid tier. They should really rethink this as I may be willing to move up in price if I could fully see how the program is performing.

We've been using Smile.io to power our points program for more than a year, and we love it. It's easy to implement and really provides us with a key pillar to our customer retention strategy. The return on investment is great and saves us a lot of time and money versus building it ourselves. Smile works so well that we haven't had much need to access their support team for help or resources. It was only recently that we reached out for with technical questions as we look to improve our site. We were so happy with our interaction with Smile's Help Team. They are responsive, courteous, and generous with their time and attention. This single thread of interaction really boosted our opinion of Smile: we learned that the company is more than software engineers, they are also specialists in providing quality customer service. We highly recommend that you go with Smile! Update: They continue to provide great customer service and attention when contacting support regarding issues or questions. Thank you so much! Update #2: Their AI support tool for internal issues has been on point. Able to clarify even complex questions and hand off when asked. Smile continues to be an amazing tool not only for us but for our customers!

Great app and helpful support! Works really well for us as can be integrated with Recharge and our email marketing app.

Great for incentivising my existing customers and creating a reason to repurchase for new customers. Easy to install and use. Also I really appreciated the Klaviyo guide to setting up an email flow to introduce new customers to the programme, which I was able to copy and complete in about 20mins. Thank you!

So far this app is working great. Easy to install and pretty clean and useful. Lots of ways to adapt it to your needs.

I was looking for a simple but growth oriented rewards app. Smile has tons of executable features that continue to keep our customers coming back time and time again. The service and support has been great!

The app has worked fairly well so far (4 weeks in) but I will say the support has been 5 star. Things that weren't so smooth they worked through with us and just right. Just waiting for a few more features to become avail for this to be made perfect. Christian is a super star.

Super easy setup and user-friendly to get our customers on board and taking various actions. Adding this to an e-commerce store is a no-brainer!

This is the best rewards app i have found after trying many different ones. Very customizable, crazy number of ways to reward your best customers and also friend referral options. Works seamlessly with Shopify. I have had zero issues so I have not had any interaction with support.

We are preparing to launch this feature with our SBS promos. The customer support that helped us finalize the last few steps to ensure a successful launch was amazing.

We have just signed up for the Growth plan and have used the Smile Live Chat feature a few times with help when onboarding and asking questions. Brady has been extremely helpful in answering our queries. The main reason this wasn't a 5* is because the app is missing out on some simple features that would benefit us such as a fraud analysis on whether customers are liking and unliking/following and unfollowing to gain additional points. Besides that, it's been very straightforward and we're excited to see what Smile brings us as a business!

Just started using the app and ran into some difficulties but I was pleasantly surprised how attentive their customer service was! They immediately replied and helped me set it up. Shout out to Jobie for the assist! Excited to grow my business with Smile!

It took a while to set-up, but it's a great app! The support was awesome too. There's so much flexibility... you can make it whatever you want. It does keep our customers coming back- thank you!
