First of all, we still expect Smile.io to improve and offer comprehensive features, including monthly order reports and customized views, which is important to Shopify sellers to review their usage and evaluate the plan's performance. Having said that, the CX support team was helpful and reacted to our request efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend the service.

It's a really good app and works very well. Installation was very simple and setting it up was easy. The only reason I have not rated 5 stars is that it would be nice to be able to add on say other features you need when on a lower tier. For example, we would really like VIP rewards but we are on the Starter package. For us $599 a month is simply out of reach at the moment but we would be willing to pay for the feature.

Too expensive. Requires educating customers over and over again. Not easy to understand how to use code. Most customers place it in the "Notes" box during checkout requiring website owner to manually apply the discount. Will most likely delete this app within the next week.
