This app has been incredibly easy to navigate and set up. We launched on our site within 3 days of downloading the app. Customer service is impeccable! Tess has been so responsive and so gracious anytime I have a question about a feature. Definitely recommend this app! Now I know why they call it "Smile" ;)

We take pride in customer experience and we wanted to give something back to our customers and show them how much it means to us both their trust and loyalty towards our company. Smile.io helped us express and implement this gratefulness and it didn't take long till our customers started using the app. More specifically, the app incentivised them to interact more with our company and in some cases, this interaction increased the order frequency as well. Now, I'm not sure if this will make you more money but to us, additional sales from such app, although highly welcome, they definitely come second in our priorities. It's of great importance to us to build a great relationship with our customers and the smile app assisted us in giving them the feeling that their trust is mutual, which was our goal ever since we installed it. A great app overall. On the plus side, customer service is awesome even when you have a lower tier plan. Props to Maggie for her excellent support.

This is the cleanest design for a loyality app and integrated perfectly into shopify and linked to other important apps I use for my store. I considered loyalty lion but found their UI to be tacky and less user friendly, and also 5 times the price of Smile. Highly recommend. I had one issue with smile but after speaking with their support, they quickly helped me resolve it. Update: Smile Customer support is working directly with me to utilize their features most efficiently. Great support.

This app works great. Customers love a rewards system! I had a tiny issue figuring everything out but Maggie fixed it for me within 5mins- extremely helpful! Busy business owners appreciate quick & easy.

Enjoyed the several different modifications to make rewards unique to your store and the pop-up is a great feature. Easy to use and make any necessary modifications to customer accounts. Would highly recommend!

Works great. However, customers are still asking what are these Rewards and how do I use them. The icon must be too small.

the basic plan is super great for small start ups, they offer a basic plan for rewards and referrals. I'll definitely consider upgrading when the time comes because its great platform with a great, easy to use layout. The widget is in the corner of the website and the Smile branding is super small and not in your face like other free plans :)

So far the platform has been excellent. We run a charcuterie business online and this a way to reward existing and past clients with points towards future purchases. I wish you could tag different people or send them an email to create an account within Smile but other than that, it's been great. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to grow their business.

I used this app too help with bringing customers back and this is the best free and easy to use loyalty program I have used. I run a retail store and it connects with your shopify pos customers and adds points depending on how you set it up too be redeemed after a certain amount is obtained Thanks SMILE

There are some fantastic features in smile however there are some limitations such as the ability for self referral using the refer a friends rewards. For the price being charged there should be something in place to restrict people from claiming a reward generated by themselves. This artificially inflates ROI.

Thanks to Joshua for quick and helpful customer service! Had an issue with Referral Codes and he cleared it up for us with a personalized video. Great app 10/10!
