Great app! Just wish you develop the integration with Klaviyo and ReCharge to be even more advanced, lots of folks will be happy if you keep adding new features with those apps!

I love this app! I can’t believe how easy it is to implement and use. I was really pleasantly surprised by how many features even the free plan has - it is fully operational. I had a family member test it out for me before I officially announced the launch and she loved how easy it was as a customer to sign up. As someone who isn’t overly techy she felt it was really intuitive. I just launched today, and I look forward to seeing how it impacts by return business. Thank you for making such a fantastic app!

We were looking for ways to distinguish ourselves in the cosmetics sector. Since we can't at this time compete with the larger companies on marketing spend, we instead focus on building one-on-one, genuine relationships with anyone who's interested in their health and skincare. Smile was chosen an extension of our strategy to help us reward our clients for their loyalty and support. So far, we love their app, their customer service, and their super-impactful blog. Furthermore, it's helped us become successful at converting prospects since we can reward them just for joining our email list. We hope the keep up the great work for us merchants!!

What a great app. There are so many products out there but this is by far the easiest and simplest for updating, viewing and simple metrics. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper option for small business like me. Thanks Louise

Customers received an email with notification of rewards but they say they can not use their points earned... so??? it is useless, doesnt work for its purpose

We've been using Smile since 2018. It is pretty good and as the program grows it generates revenue.

Simple to set-up and get going with minimal effort. Program set-up is quite flexible and you can pick and play with different options depending on what you want in your program (Only Referral, Rewards or combination) even in the Free version. An important improvement would be to able to send people a link to the rewards launcher/program page. Right now (as much as I can tell), the only way to tell people about the program is to tell them to go to the home page and click on the launcher instead of being able to send them a link which would be a lot more useful.

So far, so good!! I love being able to reward customers without a ton of work on my end! Smile has done everything I need it to! I also love that I get to name my rewards points (or, in my shop, glitter bombs!!)!!

We've been using Smile for several months now at PNW Journey and we love it! We're seeing decent engagement and getting good feedback on our program. Smile is easy to setup and allows for lots of customization. The people that we've interacted with at Smile have all been great to work with. We highly recommend this rewards platform.

Hell Yeahhhh ... This rewards program is awesome .. Generating LOTS of customer interest and interactions .. Even with just using the full features of the free plan we have generated a handful of sales and its only been live on our site for 3 days .. Cant wait to tinker with this and can not see any reason not to go for the paid option soon to utalise even more great features ..

We are running an online cake store and just started using Smile weeks ago. Our customers are happy about it and they are encouraged to follow our social media (facebook and instagram) on top of purchasing. They love the loyalty program.

We created our loyalty program with Smile. Our customers love it and the design is very easy for them to understand and navigate. I was experiencing trouble “spending” points through the POS but Maggie found the issue and fixed it for me within minutes! Very helpful customer service, definitely recommend. Thanks again, Maggie!

Writing this review based on the setup process. . . we are just implementing, and we'll see how it goes. Maggie was a great help in walking me through final setup tweaks via Chat. Great to have someone there live to check to make sure you're good to go live! So far so great!

I spent 2-3 hours looking for and testing all other options for mainly a rewards app for our store. After testing all of them I found Smile.io to be the best. The UX and features available for the free plan were by far the best from all other options. We are very happy so far after using this app for close to a week now. Also, the added benefit of the referral program make this a game changer. I've been looking for something like this for a long time now and happy that smile.io has created this. Thank you!

This is a great program. The interface is very intuitive and well designed. We have used a few different apps but this one stands out!
