I have Smile.io set up to pay out rewards in levels $5, $10 & $25 but it will only pay $5 at a time and only one per purchase. Also, lately it won't connect to my POS so I end up giving the customer a $5 discount to keep them happy. Support isn't available before I go into work and I'm a small business owner with little availability during the day. There's no email address where I can send my concerns.

My customers love the App but there are a few things that are not intuitive. I reached out to Tech Support because I had two customers in the last week who had problems with their rewards. The Tech Support through the Chat was quick and efficient. They had to check on something to answer one question but I got a full answer and a video on how to educate the customer on the problem. I was impressed with their thorough response and effort to really try to answer my questions. Thanks!

I know $59 to a new small business may seem hefty and alot, BUT I highly recommend this because the instant we launched this on our women's clothing boutique site as well as in-store, we saw immediate results! Our clients love the ease and use of this app, along with how well it integrates with Shopify. I love we can personalize/customize the look of it as well as how user friendly it is for those who may not be savvy with the latest technology how-tos. Give this app a try!

Awesome app for those wanting to reward loyal customers. Easy to use, lovely design and great customer service. They get back to me super fast when I have an issue or need help with something. Maggie helped with my most recent glitch and took great care of me. The issue was resolved within minutes. Even MORE amazing that they offer a free plan in addition to the paid option. Highly recommend!

This is a great loyalty scheme. Set-up is very simple and well thought out and you can be live with a very nice looking program within 30 mins. It's also a good value app. Great support from the team too. Thanks!

Love this app for so many reason. Intelligently use Shopify's admin interface, easy of user, many options for the price. This app, however, could be even better if the referral can take more than just first time referral. Extend the referral commission than it would be an enterprise app

I use this app for my customers to obtain points for loyalty and also for the referral incentive. It has been awesome. The only thing I dislike is that a lot of customers have internet explorer and when using that browser, they are unable to sign up by opening the rewards icon on our home page.

Great app! Just wish you develop the integration with Klaviyo and ReCharge to be even more advanced, lots of folks will be happy if you keep adding new features with those apps!

I love this app! I can’t believe how easy it is to implement and use. I was really pleasantly surprised by how many features even the free plan has - it is fully operational. I had a family member test it out for me before I officially announced the launch and she loved how easy it was as a customer to sign up. As someone who isn’t overly techy she felt it was really intuitive. I just launched today, and I look forward to seeing how it impacts by return business. Thank you for making such a fantastic app!

We were looking for ways to distinguish ourselves in the cosmetics sector. Since we can't at this time compete with the larger companies on marketing spend, we instead focus on building one-on-one, genuine relationships with anyone who's interested in their health and skincare. Smile was chosen an extension of our strategy to help us reward our clients for their loyalty and support. So far, we love their app, their customer service, and their super-impactful blog. Furthermore, it's helped us become successful at converting prospects since we can reward them just for joining our email list. We hope the keep up the great work for us merchants!!

What a great app. There are so many products out there but this is by far the easiest and simplest for updating, viewing and simple metrics. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper option for small business like me. Thanks Louise

Customers received an email with notification of rewards but they say they can not use their points earned... so??? it is useless, doesnt work for its purpose
