Very impressed with this app. It's nice and easy to use and it's a great way to reward your customers. Honestly though, I'm more impressed with the service I've received from their customer service team. We've had a couple of issues over the past week and Maggie (AKA Genie :D) has worked her magic and gone well above and beyond what I needed help with, and has actually taught me a couple of things along the way. It's been greatly appreciated and always a pleasure speaking with someone so polite and knowledgeable, it just makes the whole experience that much better. Thank you again, Maggie, and Smile.io. Very happy user here!

Loving this app so far. I am obsessed with your live to chat option! I was stumped figuring something out and your specialist, Maggie, was an absolute DOLL. She was super personable and prompt with answering my questions. Companies like this with the best customer service makes business life soooo much easier.

What I love about this is the level of support they give. This multi reward app is one of those finds that will become a part of your store/brand that you never want to get rid of. Maggie is awesome!

I can't say enough amazing things about the customer service and program abilities within this app that allow for your customers to be rewarded! Finally an all-in-one place to reward repeat customers and referrals. The chat support is AMAZING and Mohsen was beyond helpful with assisting me in setting up my Spending Rules and much more. Thank you Smilke,io and Mohsen for making me confident in this reward program for my customers! You the real MVP!

I have had this app for awhile and always ran seamlessly. Recently my customers were reporting an issue and I wasn't sure how to fix it. IMed the app. Maggie responded almost instantly and fixed my issue in less than a minute. Great app. Great support.

Hi Everyone, I just installed the app and i got some assistance from stuart and thus far it is going well. It isn't too hard to setup at all and staff helped me out with my questions. Best of luck to everyone else

Super easy to setup and install. We were able to install and setup the program within 20 minutes. (Note: We did download Smile's whitepapers on setting up a referral/rewards program so we knew what we wanted to do ahead of time). Support is fantastic too! I had an issue logging in the next day which required the developers to code and release a fix - and they did so within minutes (fastest development and release I have ever seen)! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is we are on the free plan which limits us from being able to connect with Mailchimp to keep customers updated on their rewards points. We will likely move to a paid plan by mid-year, but it would be really helpful if the free plan allowed us to add our logo and connect with Mailchimp as a base (i.e. allow 2 app connections on the free plan vs 1). Local small businesses need a starting point that works so they can generate enough revenue to grow into your paid plans. Just something to consider

Be careful installing this app, as they will add code that won't uninstall when you leave. Combine their sloppy attitude with the deep access they ask for, and it becomes a no-go.
