I am on the Free plan as indicated on my dashboard, but Smile has been billing my card for USD39 a month for the last 6 months! Something I never agreed to. This is completely ridiculous and amounts to fraud. So even if you are on their Free plan, check your statements because you may still be charged! I am now chasing to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

I have worked with smile.io since they were still sweet tooth ... and while the name has changed, the commitment behind the software definitely has not. It just keeps getting better and better. The team over the @ sweet smile (hehee, see what i did there?) ... the team has been nothing but top notch and professional. Turbo HIGH FIVES to Elli, Kellen, Maggie, Tyler and Stuart. I have had a few hiccups in the past .. most notably when migrating over to the new platform, but the team was SO quick to respond and make everything right. I am currently in the process of setting up VIP tiers and cannot wait to see how my customers respond. THANKS, (sweet)smile.io, looking forward to growing my brand with you! YAY!

The Smile.io team is awesome. Very kind, informative and patient. In less than a week we went from our first phone call to a tutorial and live action on our website. To us it was a true testament to how organized and professional they are. We have thoroughly enjoyed the service and will definitely use their other offerings in the future. Strong company with strong products!

This app is awesome and so is their employee Maggie who answered all of my questions. It's 5/5 stars with her, 4/5 without. Update: I'm moving it down to three stars since there have been a number of issues, and we are waiting to hear back from the the support team on this. Maybe with prompt response and resolution it will go back to a 5 start review.

Smile is an easy to install solution for a reliable rewards program on your Shopify Store. In addition, the support is excellent! They have a chat box on your app interface and help arrives right away every time. Maggie helped me today and did a terrific job answering questions and providing reports I needed. Thanks!

I have been using this app for some time and they have made many improvements. If you ever run into a problem they have a live chat option with a wonderful staff. I recently had some trouble creating a reward and Maggie was a huge help!

Can you set up a program for customers who would like to leave a view for products, they can earn the points? Other programs about this app are amazing!

Extremely easy to use and set up. I had it out on LIVE on our site within 5 minutes. For a live look checkout our site, www.theliftbx.com. I couldn't be happier and will recommend to everyone looking for a loyalty program.
