The customer service with Smile is awesome. I have been using the loyalty rewards program for about a month and it's already helped sales take off. When I decided to move into the referrals side I was a bit confused. So I got on the live chat (which by the way is an awesome function) and I started talking with Abby. After my many many questions we had everything set up and I was good to go! She was a great help and I hope I can work with her more in the future. Love the ease of exporting coupon codes. The rewards program has attracted more customers and activity.

A must have for any store serious about customer retention and ultimate growth. The team is phenomenal to work with and the patience of our dedicated manager deserves due credit. Hands down, this it the best loyalty program for the world's fastest growing and customer-driven e-commerce businesses.

This is a mixed review. I absolutely loved it but very reluctantly had to uninstall. During the trial period I could not relocate the popup from the bottom right corner and it was obscuring important aspects of the store. Something had to go. I was not prepared to pay for the privilege of changing the display location. Technically, it's a fantastic app and absolutely superb. I would have eventually upgraded, but not for a simple reason like this. So please consider making Display Location a free feature. I would love to reinstall it. Thank you!!

So Far so good, I have spent this morning setting up and adding bulk discounts which can be found and explained by a video tutorial. I am now manually adding additional points to my big spending customers. We have without this app got a huge loyal following and returning purchasers, hopefully, this will increase my social share and attract new loyal customers to come on join us on our Rew clothing journey. Well two days in and my customers are loving it will keep updating, I have also just installed the YOTPO review app to work along side the loyalty program.fingers crossed this brings in new and more revenue. Rew- really easy wear ..... just button and go scarves

Great app with an awesome customer service team behind it that will answer any of your questions. Our customers are loving the program so far and we just started 2 days ago! Our customers love their Jar Bucks reward points! Our rewards system entices people to create accounts on our web page. This is great for capturing website traffic info that can be used for automated marketing. In addition the points all us to execute great win back campaigns after customers have not purchased for an x amount of time.

I'd give it 5 stars if there is a way that each email came in got sent to an autoresponder. Other than that it's great.
