Never had a chance to launch it. Was told I could offer a Points per Product program before I signed up but after signing up and downloading app I was informed I could only do a Points per Dollar model. Sorry. Not Smiling

Still figuring everything out in regards to the API but the basic setup is great and our customers are already loving it. Support has been very active with us, a big thanks to Shaun, Roel, and Lauren for their quick responses and excellent demeanour.
Still exploring everything the app can do for us, but so far so good! The support team (especially Maggie and dev Roel) are super supportive - ha! Very attentive and helpful.
Best rewards App here. Roel Villahermosa from the Tec-Support and Shaun are doing an awesome job. Thanks guys for all the help :) -1 Star because I really don't get why there is still no multi-language feature (even shopify built this now for a year) and no options to change text, behaviour or anything of nudges, no statistic for guest referral nudges etc. We could do better and more if we had more options here.
Great app that takes into account newbies
THIS APP DOES NOT WORK FOR IN-STORE REDEMPTIONS. If you are a Shopify store owner and want to find an omni-channel solution for loyalty points, do NOT use Smile. It's become a huge hassle for our team as the customer points show up as "error" when trying to redeem.
We have been using Smile for several years now, we needed to make some tweaks to the program and the customer service support we received was 1st class (thanks Jade). Very happy with this app.
It's a very slick program, but definitely not right for my clientele. It was expensive (due to large customer database I had to be on the $600 plan) and I suspect it really is much more useful to people who are heavy on the email marketing (I'm not). I sell medical products and I think my customers saw it as too gimmicky. I have a high percentage of mobile sales and the widget was always in the way - a real problem on small screens. I reached out to my entire mailing list for feedback to see if they cared whether I kept it or not, and the only people that replied said to ditch it, that they had too many point programs to keep track of anyway. They found it too complicated to use. - I probably would have been more motivated to keep it if I could have had more options in terms of custom defined actions for point awards (beyond the fb/tw shares/likes).
Easy to use and runs in the background seamlessly. No complaints from customers.

This app is great! What's even better though is their customer service. I would like to thank Maggie for all her help, rest assure she will find a solution for you. They say that they respond within a day, Maggie responded within 10 minutes... Keep up the great work

I love this app! It's been so easy to use and set up. My customer's are loving how simple this is to sign up for and I love that you can adjust the points to what suits you + your business best. I've been very impressed with the amount of customization I can do (even without the paid plans!). I do plan to move to a paid plan as soon as I can up the traffic to my website because I love this app and their support team so much. If you want a way to reward your customers for helping you keep your business dreams a reality, install this app. You won't be sorry!
I would definitely recommend this app because it does exactly what they say it will. It's seamless, easy and sleek and our customers started using it immediately. I never thought rewards points would turn people on so much! No issue at all.
This is a very cool app and our customers seem to really enjoy using it. It also intergrates well and looks very professional. More importantly, its made the reward system pretty fun to use and feel like a game. Definitely a good way to build customer loyalty and further interaction.
Basic referral functionality doesn't limit to first-time customers. Referrals can't be offered as point values, and aren't fully integrated with the point earning/spending experience. Their support team misunderstands issues right and left, leaving me with 9+ email chains to troubleshoot simple problems.
Roel is great and the support is unmatched. He is very quick to respond and has even created customizations for me on the fly. Much appreciated. Beyond that the app itself it visually and functionally pleasing to use and really helps incentivize our customers to remain engaged and active. Bonus feature is the referral option!
