I've been using this for a year or so now and I love it. The only complaint that I have is that you can't redeem points in store without an email address. A lot of my in store customers prefer to give their phone number. Would be awesome if this could be a feature sometime.

So far so good, easy to setup and set parameters. as for any growth ive only had it setup 15mins so cant comment on that.

Easy to set up, very flexible, even with the basic service. Promoted it with one email blast, tweet, and facebook post and got 50+ people signed up the first day it launched! Looking forward to building our audience with this tool. 6/21 So far so good, steady increase in participants.

I'd like to have been able to award 10 stars. I have done hours of research into all the various loyalty programs, understanding nothing is more important to a store than their customers, and how we treat them is a defining factor in our store's amazing success. The customer service with Smile is awesome. I have been using the loyalty rewards program for about a month and it's already helped sales take off. When I decided to move into the referrals side I was a bit confused. So I got on the live chat (which by the way is an awesome function) and I started talking with Abby. After my many many questions we had everything set up and I was good to go! She was a great help and I hope I can work with her more in the future.
