This loyalty program is pretty user friendly. If you need any assistance, the support team is very diligent! Constantly working on implementing more features.

The support behind this program is quite good. I had implemented the app at its most basic level and settings without truly understanding how to best leverage it. I reached out to the team and they gave me excellent "best practices" to consider. Using that as a baseline, I was able to construct what I believe to be a very robust and "rewarding" program for my customers. The app is quite powerful and has important integrations with Klaviyo and Loox reviews (which was important for me). I highly recommend Smile!
