The Smile app has been one of the easiest loyalty and referral apps I’ve set up on Shopify. Their support team, Cole, Shelby, and Lynn, were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any technical questions I had. If a feature wasn’t available, they didn’t just brush it off; they passed along recommendations to their product team as possible future enhancements. Unlike many other apps with endless chatbots or large teams of agents giving generic responses, Smile has a small team of real people who actually care and help you get your program up and running. That personal touch really stood out.
