So far customer service is very helpful. They actually continue to reach out until my questions are answered which is so rare. So far my rewards program isn't life changing, but I really hope customers start utilizing it!

Just starting but looking great! Support was really fast and useful. (UPDATE 27.08) Shelby was fast and effective! (UPDATE 04.11) Ezra helped editing the code, fixing an annoying bug! We're using the app now for 6 months and it's working perfectly. Still same improvements to add in localization/translation though.
