Erin was amazing. She emailed me just a few minutes after I had sent my query. She provided detailed instructions on how to create another way to redeem points. I´ll definitely reach out to her if I need to change the settings of our rewards program in the future.

This app is excellent. Setup was simple, customization is straightforward, and most importantly, it’s really user friendly for our customers, making it easy for them to sign in and start earning points right away. The design is minimalist and clean, and it integrates seamlessly with our site. It’s also highly flexible, with plenty of options to let customers earn points in different ways. I had a question about some features and reached out to support. They responded quickly and followed up to make sure everything was resolved and working smoothly. Highly recommend.

The attendant Lisa cleared up all the doubts I had when I contacted support. Lisa went above and beyond. She provided guidance on resolving an issue related to the referral program. Regarding my experience with Smile.io's programs, I don't have enough insight to provide feedback yet. I joined the company a month ago and am just starting to use the program and monitor the indicators now.
