We came to Smile.io feeling stuck on API access and worried we couldn’t promote our Bakery Rewards balance in Klaviyo. Ezra responded quickly, listened, and solved the problem with a pragmatic offer to add a complimentary Klaviyo integration slot. He shared clear guidelines, set expectations, and even said he’d advocate internally on pricing —precisely the kind of ownership and empathy you hope for in support. Implementation has been smooth, and we can now encourage our customers to focus on loyalty-led value rather than one-off discounts. Smile.io went from “nice idea” to a genuine partner because of Ezra’s help—five stars from The T-Shirt Bakery.
