Smile is very easy to use and setup. Integrates well with Shopify and Klaviyo. Their team is incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Really appreciate Cole who helped get my issue resolved quickly and was great to work with!

Great app that has helped boost sales and customer experience already. When reaching out for support with a query, Joana replied within 2 hours (on a weekend too!) and was incredibly helpful with my multiple queries. Highly recommend.

Smile is a great program, though the price is a lot for me as a small business, so I have downgraded back to the free one. I had it for about a year on the paid plan. I would prefer a yearly cost so hopefully once my sales have grown to over 100 orders a month they will have this option.
