Great app even in the free version. CSR Shelby was very helpful when asked about multiple areas of the app. She provided step by step instruction and links to further guidance for each issue and was very friendly as well - a bonus!

the app is amazing and the service is amazing. I thought that building a loyalty program for my business was gonna be sooo complicated. I was soo happy to find out that Smile exists
