App (also in the free version) is great! You get more or less really great value for nno money at all - hard to find in other apps on the store. Also support team is more than helpfull and has a great feeling for customers and their special needs (especially for small businesses)! I can totaly recoomend the app the the support team! Love it!

We ran into an issue after launching with Smile.io, but Shelby from their support team was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly and incredibly helpful, quickly jumping in to sort things out for us through live chat. It was such a relief to connect with someone knowledgeable in less than 5 minutes! In a world where customer service often slips as companies grow, Smile.io really stands out. I totally recommend them if you're looking for a service that truly supports you.

Great FREE program with lots of options as well as fairly priced paid upgrades. Quick and helpful chat support. Great integration with Shopify POS as well. Customers love that I can help keep track of and redeem their points for them when they shop in-store as well as online.

Although I’m currently only using the free plan, the explanations for each section are clear and easy to understand. I encountered some issues during the setup, but after consulting customer support, they made adjustments for me based on my specific problem. It was really helpful and friendly!

It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league. Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.
