We've used Smile for years and it has proven to be a popular loyalty program for our customers. Recently when upgrading our Shopify theme, their support were prompt in responding to my questions regarding this upgrade and what impact it could have, ensuring we were also integrating Smile in the best way going forward. We had some issues with the Smile.io app syncing to our Shoplify POS when it updates. It was easy enough to get help from Smile.io and they were able to figure out our problem within minutes! I can see why we choose you for our loyalty program!
