We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required! Perfect! Super helpful team of experts.

The app is generally very easy to use with a decent UX, although Smile's customer service is incredible. Lynn has been very helpful and super responsive, assisting us with any errors that we've come across or questions we've had.
