Been using this app for over a year and not only is it super easy to use and accurate, the customer service is TOP NOTCH! Smile.io is the only reward system I will recommend. Great job Smile.io Team!

I had the pleasure of working with Shelby and Ezra from the Smile.io support team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Shelby was incredibly helpful, quickly forwarding my request to the team, and Ezra from the Smile Support Team responded promptly with a solution that worked perfectly. Great app for having an intuitive and efficient loyalty and referral program. I’ve been using it for years. The customer service is very responsive. However, the price is very high, in my opinion, and I’m frustrated that I can’t access all the features (notably the one to redeem points at checkout) in French. For now, it’s only available in English…

I’ve been using Smile.io for a while, and I must say it’s an excellent platform for loyalty programs! It’s user-friendly, feature-rich, and perfectly tailored to meet the needs of growing businesses. We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required! Perfect! Super helpful team of experts.
