We just finished setting up and launching a Smile rewards program! The Smile team has been super helpful and quick to respond with any questions we have had. The program was very straight forward and there are so many resources that Smile offers to help you along the way. Happy to report that it's been a huge success with our clients!

This whole program and reward experience is a simple and good idea, that my customers love. I've been using it for years and it's very smooth. Special thanks to Cole Breivik for his super quick responses and willingness to help.

Erin was a great help with very clear instructions. I kept looking in my email however for a response. I did not realize it would come in the app as well. Maybe a good idea would be to send it to both! Thanks!

I had a problem with my account, and I was transferred to Ezra Alamsyah to help me fix it. He was incredibly helpful in solving the issue I was facing and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. Ezra even followed up every day to keep me updated on the progress, let me know the problem was fixed, make sure it didn’t resurface, and check if I had any other questions or concerns—truly going above and beyond. His dedication and professionalism are a testament to how carefully this company selects its employees. I’m truly impressed by Ezra commitment to helping. Thank you, Ezra!

Great service, very quick to deal with issues, Lynn was great, professional and patient, solved a big problem I had, highly recommend this product!

Customer service has been great! The few times we've had questions, Lisa has come to our aid within just a few hours, not only with answers, but also with screen-shots, and even embedded video/GIF that make it very easy to understand! Explanations have been simple and complete, making sure that we fully understand the solution. Thanks for the great customer service! :)
