App assez facile à paramétrer. Service support réactif et qui m'a bien aidée. Juste dommage que certaines fonctionnalités basiques soient réservées au plan le plus cher.

Excellent documentation, easy to set up and customize. Support is responsive and helpful. New features released fairly often. Much more affordable than some of their competitors for more features. Easily integrates with most major marketing and reviews software.

There are some things when setting up the program that may not be as straight forward as they seem. I am thankful for the step by step help on the backend.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excited to kick this program off for our customers.

Amazing loyalty program. We switched because of rampant code leaks and saw immediate savings due to fewer discounts. I recommend this app (if you have the budget). Update: The customer service is very good. Update #2: Joana is pretty incredible - give her a promotion! - Still an amazing app. Just wanted to update with that. 2026 - I am literally in Jamaica right now, sitting in a cafe with Jade, the most amazing Smile CSM. We are working on a strategy on how to improve our program. This company is a dream come true; I still highly recommend.

Smile's customer service is great. We hope to offer varied points-to-discount redemption options for each VIP tier in the future, allowing each tier a different maximum discount achievable through points.
