The app is pretty good, but twice a year I look at other review apps to see if i can reduce my monthly costs. Its nearly the same as Klaviyo email system but does not have the same functionality. We have had the app for ages and there doesnt seem to be any more obvious innovation. But hey the devil ya know..... The support team is awesome, responsive, i guess thats what i am paying for?

We just finished setting up and launching a Smile rewards program! The Smile team has been super helpful and quick to respond with any questions we have had. The program was very straight forward and there are so many resources that Smile offers to help you along the way. Happy to report that it's been a huge success with our clients!

We absolutely love Smile! Since we installed it years ago, our customers use it and it's easy to use. Recently, Erin really helped us out too to improve the program - so I wanted to leave this review to thank her!
