Been using Smile for years and just had my first issue which needed attention. Karen F was assigned to case and delivered fast and helpful customer service that remedied my issue in a matter of hours. Very happy with overall outcome and would recommend

It seems ok, but you have to pay to edit ANYTHING pretty much. Its so disappointing trying to find a good loyalty program to use as a small woman owned business just starting out. I feel like there should be a company who caters to small start ups... we cant afford to pay $$$ to offer the BASICS to our customers... I want to love this app... but I cant just yet. The Free version is VERY VERY basic and you cant customize anything but the background color... :( dont yall remember what it was like to be a small a start up? Couldnt yall offer a slightly better cheaper version for someone like us?

Excellent app, integration with Shopify is easy and thorough. Has a positive effect on sales and retention. Direct integration with the new-style checkout is a boost for conversion. I've only ever had to use support once and Joanna there helped me out with a superb solution quickly and efficiently, thank you.

Ik raad deze app wel aan. Ik heb een kleine webshop en het gratis plan past op dit moment precies bij mijn wensen en behoeften. Daarnaast staat de klantenservice je snel te woord zo wel via de mail als via de chat.
