Support team is helpful and responsive! They reply promptly on our issues/requests and always strives to provide a solution that helps our business :) Definitely the top loyalty program apps in the market. Absolutely a game changer for retention, re-engagement, and increasing average order value! Can not speak highly enough about their customer support - any time we've had a question, the team is knowledgeable and quick to respond. They're also highly creative - helping us think differently about the programs we're running, and how to make them even better!

We've been using Smile for a few years and we really like the features and design. Above all, the customer service from Andrea and Hannah have been amazing. I needed some help adjusting something in the admin and Andrea was able to help right away. The Smile team is always helpful and they do their best to solve any issues that we might have. Great job, guys!

I just downloaded the app and I couldn't find the dashboard. I opened a chat with support and Lynn was amazing. The agent was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely suggest this app to others.
