Joana from Smile was very helpful. We are on the free plan, integrated with Shopify. However, we are using a 3rd party to bring in our ebay orders to Shopify and that pushed us above the free plan limit. Since these customers do not interact with our Shopify webstore and hence do not have the ability to sign up to the loyalty program, Joana kindly increased our free plan allowance to accommodate for these orders. Super helpful and very friendly.

We had nothing but issues with 3 other Loyalty Programs, and are so happy to say that Smile is the only app that ticks every box we need (and what we believe is the absolute fundamental features of a loyalty app to engage customers during purchasing and checkout). Great app with lots of features. The support team is great, we made a mistake leaving the rewards program on during migration and had to remove all the points from the old customer orders. In just a few minutes they sent a csv file to zero everyone out. Excellent support!
