I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Smile. Lynn got back to me very quickly and showed me what I needed to do to embed the app in our Shopify theme. I solved the problem quickly according to her guidance. I like her professionalism.

Love the support! Fast, helpful, easy to understand and follow. Exactly as support should be. Lisa Gallagher was the Live Chat Rep and she was amazing. Fast, helpful, supportive. Everything you could ask for

I just signed up for this app. I received more than 10 new customers to sign up within the first day, Lisa was very helpful when I had questions.

5 stars for customer service. I haven't had a chance to experience the app in a live store yet but had a billing issue that was resolved quickly and easily after reaching out to customer support. Can't speak to how the app functions quite yet, although installation and customization has been easy so far.

Very smooth experience with Smile throughout. Jade has been especially helpful and really quick to offer advice, coming up with great suggestions.

UPDATE 01/02/2025: Definitely a must to have! Upgraded our 4 stars review to 5. Too soon to tell if this app would work for our business given we just installed it a few days ago. Out the box during the set up process we experienced some confusion with the theme. Some of the paid features seem to have been available for the free version, but then went away after setting it all up. So that created a bit of confusion and frustration given there's no specific mention in the help pages about it. Customer service was stellar in helping us navigate this. We may change our review later on but for now this is where we stand.

it seems like a good app but I just lose a lot of time and Couldn't make it work. it is not showing in my website and I couldn't understand how clients will see their point or redeem them. I also try to reach through the chat but nobody answered. I was willing to pay after all that trouble with the free version.
