The app is great - there is a lot to offer even with the free plan. Customer service is outstanding as well and very quick to respond.

I had some concerns regarding my plan order maximum being reached, and Andreandana was so helpful to assist me. She listened to my concerns and came up with a solution. Thank you very much!! (I still think there should be another tier between the $49.99/mo and $200/mo option)

There was an issue with the integration because of my theme - NOT because of the Smile app and they dug deep and fixed it for me! Great customer service!

Reading some worrying reviews and too many without a reply, although most are positive. Only installed the app yesterday so this might not be the best feedback (I can always update). They would love charging you based on the number of orders but with the free plan the customers don't get to see the points on the product page, account page, checkout and post purchase. The customers are also limited in redeeming the points at the checkout. So on one side, Smile.io would love to make more money if we generate more orders, while restricting our customers experience with their reward system and ultimately our growth and Smile's. This makes no sense.

It is an amazing rewards programs and my customers love and I love the fast and quick response whenever I run into any issues. Smile customer service is amazing

We've been using Smile for about 3 years now and haven't had any major issues. It's fairly easy to use and tech support is always quick to respond if we ever have any questions.
