I recently installed Smile: Loyalty & Rewards onto my shopify store. The entire process was simple and streamlined. Hannah followed up several times to ensure that my implementation went well. So far, excellent.

Smile does everything we want and integrates with the other apps we use for a holistic approach to managing and encouraging members to join and use the program. The support is fantastic.

Still need some help on the customer side with enrollment / customer finding thier share link to share with other clients. This really needs to be more visible and promoted somehow..more bolder / bigger. I am sure in time this will work out better

Great app with very deep features. Easy to set up with simple rewards, but has the sophistication to customize and offer complex rewards for different scenarios. Support is great and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Great app with good customer service, very reactive and always trying to find a solution. I would give 5 stars, but we still do miss translations functionalities, right now a lot them are only available in English, and we would love to extend them to other stores with its full potential (using points in checkout, on product page, customer page...)
