We love Smile. We've been with this app for almost 3 years and love the platform. It's easy to use not just for customers but for us as well on the back end. The customer service is amazing. They are friendly, quick, and really helpful while getting the information across in an easy way.

Good value for money and support have been very responsive to my questions and have created mini-video tutorials for specific issues. The functionality is B2C focussed and we run a B2B business, hence I'm not able to give 5 stars as some configuration options that would be useful aren't currently available.
Thanks so much for the feedback around some of the things we could be doing better to be more B2C focused. So far we are really loving this app and its user-friendly interface. Plus it's a huge bonus to have amazing customer support. The staff was super quick and efficient in answering some of our questions when we were first starting to get set up. :)

Smile.io is one of the best app I've used in Shopify. The option is immense, in my humble opinion, while the UI / layout in simple and easy to configure. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a customer reward / point system.

Still new to using this app but I had an issue and the customer service was helpful (although not available on the weekend, so had to wait until Monday morning)
