Amazing experience with a very thorough onboarding. We've been Smile customers previously with another store but we are still amazed by the level of service offered by Joana, Jade, Andreana, Angie, Maggie and Lisa. App assez facile à paramétrer. Service support réactif et qui m'a bien aidée. Juste dommage que certaines fonctionnalités basiques soient réservées au plan le plus cher.
Excellent documentation, easy to set up and customize. Support is responsive and helpful. New features released fairly often. Much more affordable than some of their competitors for more features. Easily integrates with most major marketing and reviews software.

There are some things when setting up the program that may not be as straight forward as they seem. I am thankful for the step by step help on the backend.
