App is easy to set up and use. I had some queries, but the Smile.io team were quick to respond and very helpful. My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.

Our store no longer needed this functionality, but the customer service was prompt and helpful

We have been using this app for a few years, the functionality is reliable and my customers love getting rewarded with points that they can use on future purchases.
