We have only been using the app for a few days, but we are quite happy with it. The set up was easy and the ability to customize the branding is fantastic, even down to small details like padding the launch icon. The customer service is spot-on. They were friendly, quick to respond, and adept at fixing any issues we had. Thank you Nicole!

Initially the app was not getting properly installed, we were getting an error msg. Requested for tech support and received timely help. It was due to Smile's bad server on that day causing the issue. We reinstalled and its working fine. Thanks !
Hey there! We're so sorry for the trouble, but would you be able to try fully removing the Smile app from your app list in Shopify, and then re-installing it? The issue should be resolved now, and you should be able to install it properly :) Thank you so much for your patience! Joana

Had a negative experience first , then Nicole from customer service helped us sort everything out and get the best out of our App. Smile.io have allowed our retail location to collect and retain more customers and allow for an enjoyable experience for our customers.

This app has cost me thousands of dollars. It rewards people on top of any existing discounts in my store and there are no rules or ways to prevent it stacking. I am losing money all the time due to this. Not happy. The aesthetics are nice but they clearly don't understand retail business and how customers behave.

Smile coupons are not able to be combined. Unfortunately, some 3rd party apps conflict with Smile and can cause unexpected behavior, such as allowing discounts to stack. We don't recommend using these apps alongside Smile for this reason. We also have a recommended setup to help optimize your rewards program and ensure it works for your Store. Guys, i use your app for my spanish eshop...it is amazing.. BUT... i need to have Italy language available ... UPDATE: Please any schedule time when i can expect italy language? is it possible??

Very good app, would use it if it offers multi-language for one store. Already in 2021 it was mentioned that Smile wants to integrate it but 2023 and still no option for it. Best app but in todays multi-lingual world a pitty you do not offer. Other apps like Bon Loyalty are soooo much cheaper and they offer multi-languages with good translation. Hope you change this asap. then I might come back ;-)

At the current time, there isn't an easy way to translate Smile into multiple languages. However other customers have also expressed their interest in multi-language support, and we can see why. We're starting with the ability to offer Smile in a single non-English language first since this is a very popular request we hear.
