The best rewards system ever. It works great with Shopify POS and our online store linking rewards together. Customers also love its ease of use!

Happy Lucky’s loose leaf tea is both brick & mortar and online. What drew me to you all back in 2019, when we set up with Shopify, was Smile was the only loyalty program that worked and facilitated customers to earn and redeem via both channels. We’ve been smiling ever since. And, thank you Brandon for your recent help. Much appreciated.

Tout est parfait, tant au niveau des fonctionnalités que du service client. Sauf qu'au final je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser car certains éléments ne PEUVENT PAS être traduits (par exemple les boutons d'action). Cela m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps et un peu d'argent car évidemment c'est le type de chose dont vous vous apercevez en finalisant l'app. Donc nickel tant que vous restez en anglais, sinon, passez votre chemin.

This is a useless app even they label it as "FREE" app. You can't even use it in Shopify's Starter Pack. WASTEOF TIME to download and talking to their "so called" advisor. At the end of the day, ZERO accomplishment. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP.

Update: Just had another customer issue pop up that confused our staff and the Smile team quickly cleared up the confusion and offered several solutions. Really appreciate their responsiveness! Lynne quickly answered my query and explained things so easily. Loved the visual aids! Now I can create coupons confidently.
