Onboarding was a bit of a challenge at first but due to the excellent assistance from Angie, Shelby and the rest of the team we are up and running. Looking forward to the results!

This is a loyalty program with tremendous flexibility that is easy to set up and amend and it keeps our clients happy as a value add in a competitive landscape. As a small business, I found the monthly fees to be steep once I hit the threshold to outgrow the free plan, however the customer service team was extremely supportive, diligent and creative in finding ways to help me to maintain the program.

Angie, Karen, Jade, Joana - This is my dream team!! Whenever I have questions about linking pages, double points, deep links, and getting their opinion on my landing rewards page - these ladies are there to help, happily and quickly. Thanks, Joana, for your help on this last need I had. Get Smile now, their support is real life humans who respond timely - you cannot get that from alot of the apps out there.

Hello, we are using the Smile rewards app as Shopify's main reward app. We used the free plan, but happily, we have grown to the point where we can now use Smile's paid plan. In the meantime, I had some difficulties, and when I contacted the CS center here, they handled the matter very quickly and kindly. When using an app, the price and features when you first open it is important, but I think what is most important is how professionally they provide help when difficulties arise. Lynn P. who handled it for me. She was professional and so lovely. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude. Thank you!

It was great experience so far working with the Smile app and their support team. I have explored many Loyalty platforms and have chosen Smile.io because of it's flexibility and customisation features. Their support team is also great and always up for help. Great going!

Over the past year, Andreandana and the rest of the Smile support team have been really great, helping us to draw monthly reports manually that weren't available to download for the app for months - following up with us every month with new downloadable reports. Then, this month, all of a sudden, I got a message from her notifying me that those reports were now included as standard as part of the app! Amazing stuff! It's really great to see an app that listens to customer feedback to improve their service! Thanks for all the support!

This app has been extremely difficult and confusing to setup. I have a designer putting things together and it's taken a long time just to have it look aesthetically pleasing. We added the login block on the loyalty page and then it just randomly show up on our homepage. Trying to get a fast response for needed support is actually impossible. This app costs $200/month and they take hours to respond to customer requests. The fact there's no live chat support for this app is kind of mind blowing when $10/month apps I use have instant support and assistance. I actually wish there were other viable options out there as this app is terrible when you combine what they offer vs what they charge.
