The team was very supportive in assisting me setting up the app with a few errors I had made. They even gave advice on Shopify theme code issue which was really helpful.

This app is great. Works well for what we currently need with social media and reviews reward. We had an issue with one of our other apps and support was great in fixing the issue.

We have been very pleased with Smile running our Coffee Perks reward program. We have used it for over 4 years. The integrations are great as well which helps us be more productive in answering customer issues. We are getting ready to push out the referral program to drive loyalty. I recommend this app highly!

Yesterday, I got an error message while trying to access the Smile app via Shopify, so I asked for help in Smile's website's chat window. Lisa answered and let me know that Smile was experiencing some database issues, but that the team was working on sorting things out. It was reassuring to get such a quick and transparent response, and also to be able to sign up for updates to the situation via e-mail. This morning, everything was fixed. I'm very pleased with Smile's customer service with regards to this issue, and glad to leave a positive review.
