This was a wonderful app until they switched it from free to paid. After it was switched over I could still edit customer profiles for awhile but not anymore - super frustrating. They created a forcing function to make you upgrade even if you don't want to. Really dissapointed and customer service was no help either. WARNING: DONT USE THIS APP there are much better apps for free out there. UPDATED 5/9/24: Smile.io reached out to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, thank you! UPDATED 2/5/25: Once again, Smile.io finds a way to lock you out in an attempt to get you to upgrade, yet again. BEYOND FRUSTRATING. Will update this if CS reached out with a resolution. UPDATED 2/12/25: Smile.io customer service was nice enough to work with me to find a resolution. Minus one start because their CS kept pestering us to update the review from 1-star.

I have been a Smile user for several years now and have no complaints! It’s such an easy program to manage, and our customers love it! Customer service is extremely helpful anytime I have a question or need assistance. Communication is clear, prompt, and helpful!

I am new to smile.io and I was just setting up the app when I had an issue I could not solve and i reached out and I got Lynn, and WOW she was professional, helpful, very very patient, amazing and kind. The issue I had was been very stubborn but, Lynn had a heart of gold and patent in sorting it our for me. I was grateful Lynn responded quickly as earlier I contacted smile.io and I waited a long time. I am overly pleased and very happy with the service I get from Lynn to the point I hope I can get her all the time if I do contact smile.io its just one of those things that makes me comfortable. Lynn thank you for the best customer service so far, you went above and beyond and I must say you are one in a million:) Great Job I am now pleased with smile.io services and I look forward to using the app.

This is an impressive app with great functionalities. Jade from customer support had a lot of patience with me during the onboarding and helped me excellently. It's not worth 1 star less but please Smile team add the Dutch language as soon as possible. (now it's mixed dutch & english in the app and that looks noobish)
