Very disappointed with the Smile app and their support team. The customer service response time is extremely slow — even after seeing the messages, they take 2–3 days to reply back. We are paying a significant amount for the app, but the support and solutions provided have not been helpful at all. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app and would suggest looking for a better alternative.

I came into this support chat stressed about a data incident that had broken loyalty links for dozens of our members. Erin was incredible — she pulled up individual transaction histories in real time, helped me realize what I thought were lost points were actually legitimate redemptions, and escalated a technical ticket for the issues she couldn't solve on the spot. She clearly knows this platform inside and out. One of the best support experiences I've had.

Do not use. Zero customer support and once you sign up you will be forced to pay $199/mo FOREVER or Cancel. Such a shame.
