So far, so good. We transitioned from another (much pricier) loyalty program app. The CS team is very responsive, transparent, and friendly. I like the easy to navigate user interface / dashboard. Setup was super easy.

We've used this app for a few years, and the customer support has always been great. I especially appreciate Ezra's help in figuring out the app integration with Shopify. He went above and beyond to help us resolve our issues.

The Smile team was great in helping us select a plan that best meets the needs of our company while still being cost effective. They were also very quick to respond when we had an issue with the Smile app and providing instructions and support to help us fix the issue. Wonderful customer support!
