My customers absolutely love my new reward program, and of course this increases loyalty. Jade, sales rep, has been such a gem, helping me upgrade my plan and supporting me in the best ways! So nice to actually communicate with a human that is so helpful. Great job Smile- you make me SMILE!

Hello!! I paid the 199.00 plan but this application has many problems and I dont receive a response... the application dont save the changes, it logs me out to the panel and it dont let me working. Please, any response let me know in [email protected]

It is a very capable app and esasy to set-up, but it was not what the client required at a 100%, also tech support is a plus.

Great app all around - mature but modern. So easy to configure and integrate, full of well-thought-out features. Excellent support too! I've used it on many client stores over the years.

We have been very happy with Smile and have been using the product for a few years now. If you are looking for a rewards program, you need to add Smile to your list.

INSTANT ROI. This app is a MUST have and since we've implemented it, nearly everyone in our country has followed suit. Great service - fast response, NOT ai bots, REAL PEOPLE! In doubt? Many users WILL use the referral/cashback. For reference, about 10% of our users use referral, and 30-40% use the cashback. An easy implementation with a clear benefit for biz owners.
