Overall Smile has been a great company/app to install and work with, I trialled a few different apps before happily settling on Smile. We've had over 2000 orders influenced by the rewards in the short time we've had the program. Customer service has been amazing, working with Hannah on a few small things and she has been a gem to talk with, she really is 1 in a billion to talk to! So helpful!

We have been using SMILE since its early free days. It stung a bit when they started charging but with a bit of communication we were able to come to a fair agreement and now very happy to continue using the app.

CS的協助很合力! 很快了解到問題並幫忙解決. 而且SMILE APP 一連上, 只需做簡單的設置已經看起來很專業. CS's assistance is very cooperative! He quickly understood the problem and helped solve it. Moreover, once the SMILE APP was connected, only needed to make simple settings and it already looked very professional.

As a long-standing customer of Smile, I can confidently say that their support is top-notch. Any time we've had a question or needed assistance, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. The features of the app are excellent, making it easy to set up and manage our loyalty programme seamlessly. It integrates perfectly with our store and has been a great tool for increasing customer engagement and retention. Highly recommend Smile to any business looking for a reliable and effective rewards solution!

Smile Rewards is loved by our customers. We set the amount of points they earn for various things : Birthday Points, redeemable for larger discounts, following us on Social Media, anything we want to inspire our customers to do in order to earn more points. Smile is super easy to use and gives points to customer purchases accurately. I chatted today with Smile and the rep was friendly, fast, and accurate. It was so refreshing to get my questions answered without having to ask the same question multiple times while the rep went through their standard script. This time and EVERY time I have chatted with Smile, the reps have read the question posted, and respond with an answer or a question for more clarity. Smile's customer service is AAA grade.
