This app is a MUST! However, if you have some other tools (upsells) and other things, you must be a little bit more advanced. Once you have it set up correctly, you will not regret it! Support is 5* as well!

Poor customer Service.... App sent 3 texts in error and charged me 3 times t $90 a piece! They acted like it wasn't their fault......i wish i had a screen recording.... use another SMS app

EDIT: From what I understood, our support team has reached out, talked with you about the issues you had, and they were resolved. However, we did not receive a reply since then. Is there something else we can help you with? EDIT 2: We've tried to reach the customer more than once to ensure everything is working as expected, however, we don't have a response as of July 2nd. EDIT (17th AUG): We are still waiting for feedback from the merchant.

Found it a small bit difficult to get the attention of support with a recent issue but when I did, I got there full attention and they were helpful & friendly whilst helping me resolve the issue. Thanks Mladen from online chat support!

I enjoy the walk through tutorials and the great support staff readily available, Its a professional tool designed so that even beginner's can figure it out. Although i would appreciate if they added other payment options such as visa or mastercard.

The app is good at what it does and seems to be growing. On the other hand some things are frustrating, it falsely reports revenue by changing whatever currency you sell in to dollars without currency conversion. Another issue is you can't pay as you go per sms if you want to do things like birthday messages via reconvert, it forces you into a monthly fee. EDIT: It went downhill after getting acquired by Yotpo. Syncing is unreliable, support is poor & automations don't always work. Switched to Postcript!

Starting to use this app and not gonna lie, I was confused at the beginning but contacted customer service and they helped me SO MUCH! They were very patient and explained everything extremely clear! Can't wait to see the results.
