Great SMS app. Theres a lot of variability in the uses of it and the customer support team is great if you need help. @AJ Helped me above and beyond.

Nothing works after the updates. You can't edit SMS messages in the flows, when you press enter to move in a new line, all the text is gonna be deleted. Moved to anoter SMS application, not recommended at all.

I had been on the chat for help on another matter for 20 minutes with Don. I had mentioned that they have a popup that promotes a free upgrade with less $/txt if you signup for an appt and go through stuff with them. Back in March, we did this and went to the appointment, only to be stood up. I even provided the screenshots and emails. I mentioned it, and they said they would look into it. Haven't heard back from them and they closed the case. No resolution. Unprofessional.

The platform is great overall. The SMS messages work perfectly and are really easy to setup. The automatic discount code feature for abandoned carts is amazing. The customer service is literally some of the best I have ever received for any company I have ever spoken to. You can chat with a customer service rep and they connect you almost instantly. The reps are fantastic. I specifically dealt with the rep Keano multiple times and they were amazingly helpful. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone.
