Geweldige ervaring met Spocket! Ik ben super tevreden met mijn ervaring met Spocket. Het platform is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en biedt een breed assortiment van hoogwaardige producten, waaronder veel stijlvolle horloges die perfect passen bij mijn winkel. De diversiteit aan producten en leveranciers is indrukwekkend, en het feit dat ze snelle levertijden naar Nederland bieden, maakt het alleen maar beter. Het assortiment is echt geweldig; ik heb precies kunnen vinden wat ik zocht en meer! Dankzij Spocket kan ik mijn klanten unieke en kwalitatieve producten aanbieden. De integratie met mijn Shopify-winkel verliep soepel, en de hele ervaring was gewoon top! Too many IT issues with pushing the products to my store, the prices are very expansive for the USA/EU. The customer service is great.

I tried spocket in the past but when I closed my store I deactivated. I have a new store and use other drop shipping company, and they didn't do a good job with shopping .I trust spocket that my customers will get their packages .Plus they have good quality of clothes on like other drop shippers.

我8月19日安裝Spocket，在9月2日卸載，這符合他們答應的14天免費試用規定，可我卻在9月4日收到PayPal的59.99美元的扣款通知，經寫信去客服部門詢問也都不回答，跟當初他們要招攬我安裝該軟件天天來信的情況，真有天壤之別，在Shopify後臺沒有顯示扣款記錄，可他們似乎跳過Shopify的規定，私下跟我扣的款，所以我判斷這是一家非常不好的公司。 Complaint to Shopify about Spocket I installed Spocket on August 19th and uninstalled it on September 2nd, which complies with their promised 14-day free trial period. However, on September 4th, I received a notification of a $59.99 USD deduction from PayPal. Despite writing to the customer service department for inquiries, I did not receive any response. This is a stark contrast to the frequent emails they sent to persuade me to install the software initially. There is no record of the deduction in the Shopify backend, indicating that they bypassed Shopify's regulations and deducted the amount privately. Therefore, I conclude that this is a very unethical company.

When I closed a older store of mine they robbed my money and didn't cancel it. even though I didn't use any of their services. Don't install this if you don't want to get scammed. BTW, there is no free plan like they said and you can't enter the app without selecting a paid plan.

BEWARE of this app. I downloaded the app only to see that most of the products on there are cheap junk and unsuitable for the standards of manufacturing I have for my website. I uninstalled the app the same day that I deleted it. However, they claim that uninstalling it was not enough to CANCEL the subscription after the trial period. They charged me $39.99 at the end of the trial period even though I never used the app even once, never set it up, nor sold any products from it. They claim this was made clear in the Terms and Conditions and refuse to give me a refund. However, with every other app I have ever used on Shopify, to uninstall it is enough to cancel the subscription or service and no additional cancellation was ever needed. This is intentionally misleading and manipulative. It was only after I went in and delinked the service from my PayPal account after discovering the charge that the consider it "canceled". EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND INFLEXIBLE COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great service and easy to use tools. Theres loads of amazing products to choose from and adding them to your store is simple. There are even products from suppliers in Au and UK as well as US & EU. The ability to easily import products from aliexpress is a great addition too.
