good app and helpful so much i recommended it and I love the platform with variety of products, options to have USA made/shipped, and that I don't have to keep my own inventory! It has made launching my online store much lower cost, and simple to do!

I can say, that Spocket is a very easy, convenient way to earn money via drop shipping. Spocket has everything on hand, to assist you in setting up your store. If you need any help, there is always someone on hand to assist you. And the options are endless, to make your store everything that you could ever want it to be, there are so many options. I strongly recommend that you do not download this software, it is really disgusting. There was obviously a 14-day free trial period, but after choosing it, I couldn’t cancel it at all. I uninstalled it after watching it for a few minutes after downloading it for the first time. But they still deducted my money, tried to cancel the subscription several times, but refused to return my money. It’s really disgusting.

I'm relatively new using Spocket but I must say, their platform is fantastic for finding high-quality products for my store. Recently, I encountered a small anomaly with onboarding, causing some delays. I reached out to their customer service team, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they jumped into action. The team was not only professional and courteous but also highly efficient in correcting the issue. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, making sure I had all the details I needed. Within a short time, everything was resolved, and I was able to proceed with no further delays. It's rare to find such responsive customer service nowadays, and Spocket’s team truly exceeded my expectations. I’m confident knowing that if anything arises, they’ve got my back. Highly recommend the app for both its product offerings and top-tier customer support!

Garbage platform. Customer service is painfully slow. Don't let the fancy purple paywall convince you this is a good platform. They automatically set seller processing and shipping times to 1 day, so that they appear to ship orders fast when in reality it takes 2 weeks. Even the sellers weren't aware of the 1 days processing time shown on their seller profiles. Each vendor can be found on Oberlo or AliExpress. A lot of the sellers on Spocket are drop shipper's themselves. They have no protections in place for the seller or customer. You are just left to dry if something goes wrong.
